      Commission based job, you'll but make x% of the sale. Yous'll meet the kickoff 5% when you lot turn in the paper work and won't see the other 5% until the unit of measurement is installed and for me that was eighteen-22 weeks

      Work is steady. Paychecks are decent.

      Management and ownership is clueless. They have 0 experience and 0 knowledge of closets. They produce the lowest grade material, slightly above lowes habitation depot and ikea piece of furniture. You are going to have fries in the materials no matter what because they cheap out on production. They never accept all materials prepared for a job. Even as a top installer, i was blamed for production not press out all parts. Also blamed for prior damage in clients homes that were irrelevant before arrival and after completion of my work. They are a quantity over quality company and volition take your money and run when they experience like its a 'good plenty' task

      committee only people barely buy during vacation months so be prepared to not make as much yous only get ane/2 your commission until the closet is installed if the installers mess up and the client refuses to pay until fixed, you don't get paid until the client pays
